1. Agreement – This agreement is between Heppdesigns (Photographer) and [Groom Name] and [Bride Name] (collectively the “Bride & Groom”) for the purposes of providing photography services on [Date] at [location].
2. Fees – Heppdesigns will provide photgraphy services for a flat fee of £[fee]. The Bride & Groom agree to pay a deposit of 20% (£[deposit]) to secure our service, payable no later that 30 days from the date of the invoice. The Bride & Groom agree to pay the remaining balance of £[balance] on or before the wedding date ([date]). No photographs or wedding albums will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.
3. Cancellation – Cancellations less than 12 weeks before the wedding will result in payment in full. All cancellations must be in writing. Weddings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time.
4. Limitation of Liability – In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
5. Rights and usage – Heppdesigns may use any images included in this contract in their studio, web site, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising, slide shows or commercially.
6. Copyright – Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988 and remain the copyright of Heppdesigns.
7. Requested Images – The photographer will honour requests for specific photographs subject to the following: weather and time permitting, availability and the co-operation of the persons involved.
8. Gift Certificates – Heppdesigns Gift Certificates are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Please note that Heppdesigns Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, are not transferrable and are not negotiable.
